Pocket Landlord: what it is, and the codes question

Pocket Landlord is a cosy simulation and tycoon game from UGDEVS. You decorate small apartments, find tenants, collect their rent and use it to grow a town. Servers hold up to six players, so it never feels crowded.

Why it feels different from other tycoons

Tenants arrive with pets: dogs, cats and bunnies. You can paint the walls and floors any colour, then expand from apartments into lofts and villas. Later you can add a cafe, a gym or a karaoke bar, and levelling up opens new neighbourhoods.

About codes

This is the question people search most. As of 8 November 2026 the game's description does not mention any codes, we could not confirm that the game has a code box at all, and the code-list sites we checked had no page for it. Be careful with lists for a similarly named game, Rent Please! Landlord Sim, because those codes belong to a different game.
